This beautiful coffee service was designed by the world famous porcelain manufacturer Limoges, France, by the “Céralene” department. The corpus is only covered with a monochrome creamy white glaze. A floral pattern raised in relief is used as a decoration, a so-called apple blossom pattern, also called “Pont-aux-choux”. This service consists of:
12 ordered bags and 12 saucers
1 coffee pot with lid
1 sugar bowl with lid
1 milk jug
They are stamped at the bottom with “Limoges France with a star above in a light green color, and with “Céralene and a rooster and a lily” inside a circle in dark blue color. This is rare and sought after. It has French origins and dates from around the 1970s.
