Shown is a small elegant Dutch hanging display cabinet in burr walnut with two white-painted shelves. Viewed from the front, it has one door with lock (and appropriate key) that is divided into nine glazed compartments by wooden piping. At the top there is a wavy shade with a rocaille ornament in the center. In its top compartment, the door has a rococo style decorative element with S-curls and a more neoclassical basket with flowers in the center. It is divided into nine compartments by overlay piping. Lock with key. Laterally we see two sloping panels with three glass compartments each. Inside, two wavy shelves and a wooden back wall and the whole is painted white on the inside. Two suspension eyes. Excellent for displaying small silverware or porcelain. Perhaps late 19th century.
