Meer informatie

Pirkenhammer is a porcelain manufacturer founded in 1803 by Friedrich Holke and Johann Gotlob List in Bohemia. From 1908 the owner became Wilhelm & Victor Maier. In 1918 the factory was incorporated into the “Epiag” group. The mark is the two crossed hammers.

Offered is a beautiful art deco eggshell porcelain coffee set with a large saucer. It was made by the Pirkenhammer factory in Czechoslovakia. It consists of a large coffee pot with lid, a sugar bowl with lid, a milk jug, eight plates, eight saucers and seven semi-spherical cups (one is missing) and a large saucer. Coffee pot, sugar bowl and milk jug and bags have a special circular handle. The bags are also decorated on the inside. The particularly attractive shape and decoration are typically Art Deco. The silver outline of the objects is also striking. At the bottom the objects are marked with the crossed hammers with the word PIRKENHAMMER through them, with the word “Czechoslavakia” at the bottom. This mark was used from 1918 to 1938. The dish is written in red marked with the number “1189610”.

Condition: one bag with a fragment on the side, otherwise all perfect.
