Meer informatie

On a round raised base with gilded volutes in relief, stands a young girl wearing a white, blue and brown striped petticoat with a white-yellow overskirt at the front which she lifts slightly with the right hand. Her head is slightly turned to the left and has nicely detailed brown hair. Behind her feet lies a large yellow grape chute. The base ring is not glazed, the center of the base is. This shows the well-known mark of the crossed swords in underglaze cobalt blue. Additionally, in high relief are the model number “No. I.” and “77” pressed along with the painter’s number “79.” In cobalt blue. The figurine dates from around the end of the 19th century.

Condition: 2 fingers of the right hand not complete, otherwise perfect.
