We present you a special work by the art deco artist Lambert-Rucki, who comes from Poland but nationalized to French. It concerns a double face (both sides) pastel work with a clear cubist style influence. On one side, on a light brown light black background, a kind of wavy figure and black charcoal have been applied, holding a spherical object in white and red in his arms. Very striking and typical of the artist are the two dogs with a rectangular head and elongated body. The top one balances on a kind of trapeze. In the upper left corner the work is handwritten signed with ”Lambert Rucki 1938”. On the other side we see a stylistic boy figure with a stick in his right hand and under his left arm he carries (again) a red colored dog with a mask-like head. The boy stands behind a fence consisting of vertical poles that are connected to each other and disappear in a zigzag into the background. The works are packed in a passe-partout and also framed in a new black (slightly damaged) frame.

Condition of the works: very good.
