This is a very beautiful and functioning lamp with shade, made in the art deco period. The wooden upright has a baluster-shaped layout. He stands on a round stepped rejuvenating base with ivory color that transitions into black. The corpus is baluster-shaped in a bright orange-red with an ivory-colored round ring at the top and bottom. Turning into a narrow red and black cylindrical spacer, and decorated at the top with a cylindrical high orange-red round band with an ivory ring at the top and bottom. At the top there is a copper vertical tube with a lighting system with two functioning light points (French sockets), on which, via a central resting point, the dark blue (new) trapezoidal shade is attached. The electric cable emerges at the bottom of the base. The lampade is not marked. Very daring use of color but giving rise to the creation of a rare special lampadère. Made during the art deco period, France, ca.1930.

Condition: very good, some signs of wear, new cover, in working condition.
