Meer informatie

Large heavy beautiful glass round bowl with six-lobed folded rim on a high round base, made in Bohemia Chzech Republic in the style of Loetz glassware. Clear art nouveau period. On a yellow background, silver-colored green-blue iridescent spots have been inlaid at the top with deep green color powders in the center of the bowl. On this we see in relief a combed and drawn line pattern that continues to the base. Almost black (dark green) color bands with also purple color at the base of the bowl. The underside is smooth and has a nice round polished pontille. On this pontille see an acid-etched mark of “AU in a circle, as well as the letters” BG 7 and number 100 “This mark is unknown to me. Possible made by Fritz Heckert and known as “changeant” glass work. Very beautiful Bohemian glassware! Dated around 1900.
